Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the services provided by Shrimmaya Hotel via our website or in-person at our hotel premises.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our website and services, including but not limited to booking rooms, making payments, or receiving promotional communications, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Booking & Reservations
Guests may book rooms online through our official website or at the hotel reception.

A valid government ID proof is mandatory for check-in.

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

The management reserves the right to refuse service to any guest not adhering to our policies.

3. Pricing & Taxes
All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice; however, confirmed bookings will not be affected.

4. Payment Terms
We accept online payments via approved payment gateways (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking).

Full or partial prepayment may be required to confirm a booking.

In case of failed transactions, retry options and support will be provided.

We use secure and PCI-compliant payment gateway providers.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations made up to 48 hours before check-in are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in may be charged one night’s tariff as cancellation fees.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 working days to the original payment method.

6. Check-In / Check-Out Timings
Check-In: 12:00 PM

Check-Out: 11:00 AM

7. Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to maintain decorum and not disturb other guests or staff.

Smoking is not permitted in non-smoking rooms.

Any damage to hotel property by the guest will be charged accordingly.

8. Messaging Services
By providing your phone number and booking with us, you consent to receive transactional and promotional SMS/WhatsApp messages related to your reservation, offers, and hotel updates.

You can opt out of promotional messages at any time by replying “STOP”.

9. Privacy Policy
We value your privacy and ensure that personal information is collected and used strictly for reservation, communication, and improvement of services.

We do not share guest information with third parties without consent unless required by law.

10. Liability
Shrimmaya Hotel is not liable for loss or theft of personal belongings.

We are not responsible for external service outages like electricity, water supply, or internet disruptions beyond our control.

11. Force Majeure
We shall not be held liable for failure to provide services due to events beyond our control (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.).

12. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh, India.

To Communicate with You: We may use your information to respond to your inquiries, provide customer service support, send you important information about the services, and marketing communications (with your consent) via different channels, including but not limited to SMS, Email, RCS, WhatsApp, and Voice.
